Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing, reviewing, and continuously improving internal processes across all company departments. This role ensures operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery within the medical equipment business.Responsible for managing the full cycle from quotation to order, delivery, and invoicing.KPIs: Order-to-cash cycle, On-time delivery.Ensures all operations are executed through the system with no reliance on WhatsApp or email shortcuts.KPIs: System usage %, Process complianceCoordinates between sales, supply chain, warehouse, and finance to ensure smooth execution.Example: Aligning stock availability with sales and ensuring invoicing after delivery.Handles operational issues such as delayed shipments, missing items, and client complaints.Acts as the first line of resolution before escalation.Provides daily and weekly reports covering operational performance, delays, and bottlenecks.
