The RoleWe are hiring an Office Manager to run the Chairman's office. This is a direct-support role: you will manage the Chairman's schedule, correspondence, and daily office operations, and act as the main point of contact between his office and the group's departments and companies.ResponsibilitiesManage the Chairman's calendar, meetings, and appointments.Handle correspondence, documents, and reports on his behalf.Coordinate and follow up with department and company heads across the group on the Chairman's instructions.Organize the Chairman's travel arrangements and logistics.Manage the day-to-day operations of the Chairman's office.Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up on action items.RequirementsProven experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant to senior leadership (Chairman, CEO, or similar), ideally within a corporate group.Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.High discretion and ability to handle confidential matters.Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
