Requirements
Minimum 8+ years of experience in Data Migration roles with strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS (R12) to SAP S/4HANA migration. Requires strong SQL and Oracle database knowledge, understanding of Oracle EBS FIN, SCM, and HCM data structures, and good understanding of SAP S/4HANA data structures and migration objects. Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM), SAP BODS or equivalent tools, data profiling, cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, managing mock loads, and cutover loads is essential. Must be able to collaborate with DBAs, technical teams, business stakeholders, and SI's data migration team, possessing strong analytical skills to drive data ownership and business sign-off.

Position: SAP Data Migration LeadRole type: PermanentLocation: Dubai, UAE – On-siteJob Overview:The SAP Data Migration Lead will take full ownership of the end-to-end data migration lifecycle from legacy Oracle EBS schemas into SAP S/4HANA. This role requires technical depth in database extraction and data cleansing, as well as functional understanding to map legacy structures into SAP master and transactional data objects.
