Job ObjectiveWe are seeking an experienced Digital Learning & Multimedia Specialist to join our project team in Kuwait and support the development and delivery of a large-scale cybersecurity awareness and digital learning program.The role will be responsible for converting approved technical content into engaging, interactive and professionally produced digital-learning materials, including animations, SCORM-compliant modules, assessments and supporting multimedia assets.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop professional animations and multimedia learning content based on approved scripts and storyboards.Build interactive, SCORM-compliant LMS-ready modules, including navigation, assessments, completion logic, scoring, pass/fail criteria, bookmarking and progress tracking.Support instructional design, storyboard refinement and conversion of technical content into clear and engaging learning experiences.Integrate English and Arabic voice-over, subtitles, graphics, animations, assessments and knowledge checks.Conduct SCORM/LMS testing and support UAT, including tracking, reporting, browser/device compatibility and learner functionality.Develop supporting learning and awareness materials, including presentations, campaign assets and facilitator materials.Maintain and hand over complete editable native/source files for animations, e-learning modules, graphics, audio and multimedia assets.Educational QualificationsBachelor's degree in Multimedia, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, Digital Media, Graphic Design or a related discipline.Experience (Areas of Expertise)Proven experience developing SCORM 1.2 and/or SCORM 2004 compliant e-learning modules.Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate or equivalent e-learning authoring tools.Experience in instructional design, storyboard development and interactive learning development.Strong capability in 2D animation, motion graphics, video editing and multimedia production.Experience developing assessments, knowledge checks and learner interactions.Practical experience testing and troubleshooting modules within LMS environments.Experience integrating bilingual voice-over and subtitle content.Ability to provide organized, fully editable project and source files.Preferred ExperienceExperience developing cybersecurity, information-security, compliance or corporate-awareness training.Experience working on digital-learning programmes within regulated or large corporate environments.Experience developing English and Arabic learning content.Experience supporting enterprise LMS deployments and SCORM testing.Required SkillsArticulate Storyline / Articulate 360Adobe CaptivateAdobe After EffectsAdobe Premiere ProAdobe Illustrator / PhotoshopSCORM 1.2 / SCORM 2004LMS environmentsHTML5 / responsive e-learningAudio editing and voice-over integrationSubtitle integrationAnimation and motion graphicsCandidate ProfileWe are looking for a versatile specialist capable of managing the digital-learning production lifecycle from:Storyboard →Animation → Multimedia Production →SCORM Development → LMS Testing→ Final Source-File HandoverThe role is intended for a hands-on specialist who can deliver across the full production lifecycle with minimal dependency on multiple separate production resources.
