Requirements

Personnel File Management: Create, update, and maintain employee files, ensuring all required legal hiring documents are complete and up-to-date.Social Insurance: Manage all social insurance procedures (including opening files, monthly subscriptions, handling Forms 1, 2, and 6, and coordinating with the social insurance office).Labor Law & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to labor law provisions in all administrative procedures, and professionally handle relations and inspections with the Labor Office.Time & Attendance: Monitor and audit attendance records, leaves of absence, and disciplinary actions to prepare accurate monthly payroll inputs.Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic, reliable reports to management regarding workforce movement and legal compliance.
