ResponsibilitiesManage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, appointments, resignations, and renewals) and respond to employee inquiries in line with company policies and procedures.Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy.Handle attendance, leave, and timekeeping systems.Manage Time, Attendance & Leave Management processes, ensuring accurate tracking of working hours, absences, and leave balances in compliance with company policy.Process social insurance and government medical insurance requirements in compliance with labor law.Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate employee data for salary processing.Maintain electronic and physical employee files and HR documentation.Conduct exit interviews and report key findings.Support HR investigations and disciplinary cases with the Legal Department.Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR administrative support.Represent the company in labor offices and government authorities when required.Prepare and submit reports and related operational documentation (e.g., attendance, turnover, headcount, leave, and compliance reports).
