The Sales Manager - IQF is responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for the company's Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) product portfolio across regional and international markets. The role drives profitable revenue growth, expands the customer and market base, leads the sales cycle and team, and builds sustainable relationships with key B2B customers. The Sales Manager works closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics to align demand, product availability, specifications, pricing, and delivery performance with customer requirements.Main Tasks Duties include, but are not limited to the following:Develop annual and long-term sales plans for the IQF portfolio, including revenue, volume, margin, customer, and market targets.Actively identify, approach, and acquire new customers and clients across regional and international markets to expand the customer base and generate sustainable IQF sales growth.Manage and expand strategic relationships with key regional and international customers to secure repeat business and long-term agreements.Lead customer prospecting, qualification, sampling, quotations, negotiations, contracting, and post-sale follow-up.Achieve or exceed approved sales, gross margin, collection, and market-development targets for the IQF business.Prepare commercial offers and negotiate prices, payment terms, Incoterms, specifications, packaging, and delivery schedules within approved authority levels.Build reliable sales forecasts and maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline using CRM and market intelligence.Monitor global IQF market trends, crop availability, competitor activity, pricing, customer demand, and regulatory developments, and translate insights into commercial actions.Coordinate with Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Logistics, and Finance to ensure product availability, specification compliance, timely delivery, documentation, and collection.Work with Quality and Innovation teams on customer specifications, product samples, technical documentation, audits, claims, and new product opportunities.Manage customer complaints and commercial issues promptly, ensuring effective root-cause follow-up and customer satisfaction.Ensure all export sales contracts, customer records, forecasts, and documentation are accurate and compliant with company policies and applicable requirements.Lead, coach, and evaluate sales team members, set clear targets, review performance, and support capability development.Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, performance analyses, and business reviews.Manage the approved sales and travel budget efficiently and represent the company at relevant exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer visits.Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field.A master's degree or MBA is an advantage.Experience7+ years of B2B sales or export sales experience, including at least 2 years in a sales leadership or managerial role.Relevant experience in IQF frozen fruits and vegetables or the broader agri-food processing industry is required.Proven record of achieving export sales targets, developing international markets, negotiating contracts, and managing key accounts.Experience working with international food manufacturers, distributors, retailers/private-label customers, or foodservice accounts is strongly preferred.
