Role PurposeWe are looking for a motivated and analytical Products Lead to join our Product team and support the development and delivery of digital products. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career professional who is passionate about technology, digital products, and solving customer problems.The Products Lead will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, support backlog management, and contribute to delivering user-focused solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the product development lifecycle and build a strong foundation in Product Management.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Product Manager/Product Owner in defining, documenting, and delivering product features and enhancements.Translate business and customer requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.Assist in managing, maintaining, and prioritizing the product backlog based on business priorities, customer needs, and product objectives.Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI Design, QA, and Business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Conduct basic market and competitor research and analyze customer feedback to support product decisions.Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators and assist in identifying opportunities for product improvement.Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and help ensure delivered features meet defined requirements and user needs.Assist in preparing product documentation, release notes, and product updates.Track product initiatives and communicate progress, priorities, and updates to relevant internal stakeholders.Stay up to date with digital product trends, customer expectations, and emerging technologies relevant to the business.Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects, internships, or certifications are welcome to apply. Product Mindset: Strong interest in digital products, technology, customer experience, and solving business and user problems. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze information, identify problems, and contribute to data-driven solutions. Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Technical Curiosity: Comfortable working with technical teams and eager to understand how digital products and technologies are built. Agile Knowledge: Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development practices is preferred. Data-Driven Approach: Ability to work with basic product and business metrics and use data to support decisions. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms is a plus. Ownership & Learning Agility: Proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks in a fast-paced environment.
