From private villas and yachts to immersive cultural itineraries and unique celebrations, every experience is tailored to each client's needs and delivered with meticulous attention to detail.Role Description The Senior Travel Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements for private and corporate clients, including itinerary planning, booking flights and accommodations, coordinating ground transportation, and arranging specialized services such as private tours and event-related travel. The Senior Travel Advisor will consult with clients to understand their preferences and budgets, provide expert recommendations, and ensure a seamless experience from initial inquiry through post-trip follow-up. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries, preparing detailed proposals, managing reservations with travel partners, monitoring trip logistics, and resolving issues as they arise. The role also involves maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, contributing to service improvements, and supporting the growth of the agency's client base.QualificationsStrong operation and customer satisfaction skills, with a track record of building long-term client relationships.Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Demonstrated expertise in travel arrangements, including complex itineraries, multi-destination trips, and high-touch concierge services.Experience working in or with a travel agency or travel consultancy, ideally in luxury or boutique travel.Solid knowledge of international travel regulations, visa requirements, and global destinations, with particular familiarity with Egypt and surrounding regions.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent client requests and deadlines.Proficiency in travel booking systems, CRM tools, and common office software.Prior experience in event-related travel, corporate retreats, or destination management is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
