About the role
We are hiring an Institutional Sales Director to lead and grow our Equities & Fixed Income franchise across the GCC region. Based in Dubai, you will be responsible for building relationships with institutional investors — sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family offices, banks, and asset managers — and driving distribution of our equities and fixed income products across the region.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute the institutional sales strategy for Equities & Fixed Income across the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman)
Build and manage relationships with sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family offices, banks, and other institutional allocators
Cover the full product range across cash equities, derivatives, rates, and credit as relevant to client needs
Represent the firm with local regulators, distributors, and industry bodies
Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
Partner with trading, research, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions for regional clients
Represent the firm at regional conferences and industry events
Provide market intelligence and regular reporting to senior management
Requirements
8+ years of institutional sales experience in Equities and/or Fixed Income, with a strong track record in the GCC market
Established network of institutional relationships across the region (sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family offices, banks)
Fluency in Arabic and English required
Deep understanding of GCC regulatory environments and investment landscape
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA or equivalent a plus
