Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in engineering or science
- Master s Degree related in electrical/mechanical/chemical engineering or related field
- 6-8 years of relevant work experience in BESS technologies and at least 3 years of experience in leading the technical stream of large scale BESS hybrid projects or equivalent experience
- Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Hybrid simulation tool, and exposure to one of the following hybrid power plants simulation tools
- EPC technical annex preparation
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of photovoltaic systems, battery energy storage systems and grid energy management systems
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies

The Technical Manager, BESS & Hybrid Solutions will provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the development lifecycles.. As part of an integrated project team, to prepare and agree on project specifications, budgets and timescales with contractors, clients or other stakeholders, and to define basic design, and create or review test procedures for Hybrid plant components such as foundation, battery and converters.
