The candidate should possess strong expertise in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), electrical engineering, grid integration, substations, and power system studies. The role includes supporting projects from feasibility stage through engineering, design review, construction, commissioning, and operation.Key Responsibilities - Lead technical development of utility-scale and commercial BESS projects. - Perform BESS sizing and optimization studies based on load profiles, renewable generation, and grid requirements. - Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments. - Review BESS system architecture, PCS, EMS, SCADA, and auxiliary systems. - Support grid integration and interconnection studies. - Review and capable of design of HV, MV, and LV electrical systems. - Review substation designs including transformers, switchgear, protection and control systems. - Review EPC and OEM engineering deliverables. - Provide technical support during procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning. - Support FAT, SAT, and performance testing activities. - Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation measures.Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. - 5–8 years of experience in BESS, power systems, renewable energy, or energy storage projects.
