Description
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, performance management support, and employee-related administrative processes.-Responsibilities:Manage the recruitment process, including CV screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up.Prepare job offers, employment documents, and employee personnel files.Manage employee onboarding and ensure all required documentation is completed.Coordinate monthly payroll and maintain accurate employee payroll data.Maintain employee records, including attendance, leaves, sick leaves, and delays.Take ownership of building the company's culture.Follow up on social and medical insurance for employees and the company.Support performance management, employee development, and competency assessment processes.Handle employee inquiries and provide day-to-day HR support.Ensure HR policies, procedures, and documentation are properly maintained and followed.Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR data.Support general HR administrative activities and employee-related matters.
