Requirements

Description
Handle the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Coordinate with department managers to fulfill hiring needs.Support and administer performance management processes, including KPIs, objectives, and performance review.Prepare recruitment reports and HR analytics.Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Assist in employee engagement and HR operations activities.Handle attendance, leaves, and HR documentation.Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies.
