Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of hands-on experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role.Working knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Proficient in MS Office.
Description
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions.Deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience to ensure new hires integrate successfully into the company culture.Act as a trusted HR partner by building strong relationships with employees, addressing concerns, and providing ongoing support.Implement, communicate, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and organizational standards.Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect legal updates, best practices, and business needs.Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback cycles.Identify employee development and training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.Assist in reviewing compensation and benefits structures to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and prepare regular HR reports and metrics. Ensure data accuracy and maintain integrity across all HR systems.
