Requirements
5+ years of experience in project cargo and breakbulk operations, with a strong background in logistics management. Proven track record in managing complex logistics projects, including planning and execution. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholders. Deep understanding of freight forwarding processes and relevant regulations. Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills to navigate complex shipping challenges. Proficiency in logistics software, project management tools, and tracking systems. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
