Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems and related equipment at customer field locations.
- Perform inspections, testing, calibration, software updates, hardware upgrades, and system diagnostics to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
- Ensure all field service activities are completed in accordance with NOV quality standards, operational procedures, and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Travel to customer sites to provide installation, startup, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and technical support services.
- Train customers on the safe, proper operation and maintenance of NOV products and systems.
- Accurately complete and submit service reports, field documentation, job summaries, and other required records in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, customers, and internal support teams regarding project status, equipment performance, and service findings.
- Identify, document, and communicate equipment failures, operational concerns, and customer feedback to the appropriate departments for corrective action and continuous improvement.
- Maintain company-issued tools, vehicles, equipment, and assets in good working condition and ensure proper care and accountability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing field observations and recommendations to enhance product performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business operations and customer requirements.
- Comply with all NOV policies, procedures, and safety standards while promoting a strong culture of safety and operational excellence.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in the ESP or Artificial Lift industry preferred
- Previous Field Service experience preferred.
