Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in forklift operation and the industry is preferred but not required. Must be able to operate Hipot equipment, maintain a strong safety culture, possess basic math and listening skills, have a high work ethic, be dependable and detail-oriented, demonstrate strong communication skills, be a team player, and be open to cross-training. Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing shop and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, stooping, repetitive movement for up to 12 hours daily, and lifting up to 50lbs regularly.
