Requirements
Requirements~4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery roleSolid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile frameworksExperience managing or supporting multiple concurrent projects/productsStrong facilitation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder communication skillsFamiliarity with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar)Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent) preferredFluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)Comfortable working with distributed, cross-functional teams (design, product, engineering)Nice to HaveExperience in digital product revamps or fintech/tech-enabled service platformsExposure to portfolio-level reporting (RAG status, risk registers)Experience supporting more than one team or project simultaneously
Description
Scrum FacilitationFacilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) for one or more delivery teamsMaintain and groom the product backlog in collaboration with Product ManagersEnsure transparency of project status through updated boards, burndown charts, and RAG status reportingTrack and report sprint progress, velocity, and team health metrics to the Delivery ManagerCross-Team & Portfolio CoordinationCoordinate dependencies and handoffs across multiple projects/products running in parallelIdentify, escalate, and help resolve blockers, particularly where shared resources (e.g., design, QA) are involvedSupport forward planning (e.g., 2-month rolling delivery plans) so teams can anticipate workload and avoid last-minute crunchesFlag capacity or workload risks early and propose mitigation options to the Delivery ManagerContribute input to portfolio-level reporting, consolidating status across the teams they supportCoaching & Process ImprovementCoach team members, Product Owners, and new team members on Agile/Scrum principlesContinuously identify opportunities to improve team processes, ceremonies, and ways of workingChampion a collaborative, self-organizing team cultureSupport onboarding of new team members into Agile ways of workingStakeholder ManagementAct as the main point of contact between the delivery team and Product Managers on day-to-day execution mattersCommunicate risks, blockers, and status changes clearly and proactively to relevant stakeholdersRepresent the team in cross-functional planning or alignment sessions as needed
