Requirements
4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.Previous experience working in a SaaS company is required.Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Agile frameworks.Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles and best practices.Remove impediments and enable teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.Track team performance, sprint progress, and key Agile metrics.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.Support multiple Agile teams while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
