Requirements
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum Experience in coaching and mentoring teams Familiar with software development lifecycle and best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to facilitate meetings and ensure effective collaboration Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) are a plus A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
