Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in foreign currency exchange and remittance operations is mandatory. Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, or in a similar supervisory role within a UAE exchange company is strongly preferred. Good knowledge of foreign currency exchange, remittance products, AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements. Proven ability to manage branch operations and achieve business targets. Strong leadership, customer-service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage cash operations accurately and responsibly. Good command of English; additional languages will be an advantage. Willingness to work at different branch locations across the UAE. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Description
We are looking for experienced Branch Managers to manage the daily operations of our exchange branches across the UAE.
