Requirements
The ideal candidate will have team management experience and be responsible for sourcing new business volumes through various sales activities for the SME Asset Team, specializing in POS Loans and POS buyout Finance. This role involves end-to-end sales, managing a team of 10-11 teammates, sourcing new clients, portfolio management, cross-selling insurance products, driving product initiatives, and managing the credit risk quality of the portfolio.
