Requirements
The ideal candidate must have team management experience and a background in sourcing new business volumes through sales activities for SME Asset Teams, specializing in POS Loans and POS buyout Finance. Responsibilities include end-to-end sales, managing a team of 10-11 individuals, sourcing new clients, portfolio management, cross-selling insurance products, product initiatives, and managing credit risk quality.
