Sales Engineer – Sinotruk | DubaiDivision: Trucks / Heavy Commercial VehiclesAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our growing Heavy Commercial Vehicle Team in Dubai.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in truck and heavy commercial vehicle sales, excellent customer relationships and the technical knowledge to understand and present commercial vehicle solutions to customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales of Sinotruk heavy commercial vehicles and trucks across the assigned territory.Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners, transport companies, contractors, and key customers.Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market development and customer visits.Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate truck and vehicle solutions.Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow the sales process through to completion.Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.Work closely with After Sales, Parts, and Service teams to ensure a strong customer experience.Maintain accurate customer and sales pipeline information.Essentials: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.Proven experience in selling trucks / heavy commercial vehicles in the UAE.Strong understanding of the commercial vehicle and trucking market.Valid UAE driving licence.Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.Excellent communication skills in both English & Arabic.Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a field-based sales environment.What We OfferCompetitive base salaryCompany Vehicle with Fuel and SalikL&D OpportunitiesSupportive Team environment
