Requirements
Qualifications and Experience: A recognised teaching qualification. Degree or equivalent qualification in Music, Music Education or a related field. Experience teaching music to primary-aged pupils. Strong knowledge of primary music education and effective teaching practices. Ability to play and/or teach one or more musical instruments confidently. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Experience working within a British or international curriculum. Experience leading choirs, ensembles, bands or school productions. Ability to teach instrumental lessons. Experience using music technology and digital learning resources. Experience supporting students with SEND and diverse learning needs.
