Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Business Administration with 2-3 years of experience in foreign procurement or supply chain. Proficiency in English and Arabic is required, along with basic procurement training or certification. CIPS Level 2 or equivalent is preferred. Must be proficient with Oracle ERP, MS Word, and Excel.

Roles & Responsibilities:Assist in identifying and communicating with international suppliers for quotations and order confirmations. Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications, pricing, and delivery terms. Track shipments and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and customs clearance. Maintain procurement records and documentation in ERP systems. Support supplier evaluation processes and maintain updated vendor databases. Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement activities with production schedules. Resolve minor discrepancies in orders, invoices, and deliveries in coordination with suppliers. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and international trade regulations.
