Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Guest service: Deliver friendly, attentive, and personalized service by welcoming guests, responding promptly to requests and queries, and creating a memorable dining experience.
Food and beverage service: Accurately take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and serve orders promptly and efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Menu knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, promotions, and beverage offerings to confidently assist guests and make recommendations.
Service station management: Ensure all floor stations are clean, organized, fully stocked, and prepared with the required mise en place throughout the shift.
Quality and compliance: Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with licensing regulations and comply with all food safety, hygiene, health and safety, fire, and hotel policies.
Professional standards: Maintain Hilton grooming standards, adhere to the uniform policy, and report any operational issues through the appropriate procedures.

About the Company
Facing the West Bank, our resort rests on the edge of the River Nile, less than seven kilometers from central Luxor via shuttle.
