Requirements
You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT Technical Support, with strong knowledge of Microsoft and Apple operating systems, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and networking. Experience with ITSM ticketing tools, CCTV configuration and support, and data centre IT practices would be advantageous. You will have excellent organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving skills, alongside strong written and verbal English communication abilities. A collaborative and customer-focused approach is essential, as is the flexibility to work varying hours and travel to other group locations when required. A valid driving license is essential.
