Requirements
1-Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-(2–3 ) years of experience in HR, Personnel, or HR Administration.3-Good knowledge of Social Insurance procedures, including Form 1 and Form 6.4-V. Good understanding of employee leave and attendance management.5-Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and ability to work with HR data and reports.6-Strong organizational and time-management skills.7-High attention to detail and accuracy.8-Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:1-Maintain and update employee databases, personnel files, and HR records accurately and confidentially.2-Prepare, organize, and maintain all required HR documents, forms, and employee files.3-Handle Social Insurance procedures and related documentation.4-Manage and update employee leave records, including annual, sick, and other types of leaves.5-Maintain accurate records of attendance, absences, and employee leave balances.6-Monitor employee contracts, including contract start and end dates, renewals, and expirations, and ensure timely follow-up on contract renewals.7-Prepare and maintain employment contracts and related HR documentation.8-Prepare regular HR reports and employee data using Microsoft Excel.9-Ensure that employee records, contracts, and HR documentation are complete, accurate, and up to date.10-Support day-to-day HR administrative activities and provide assistance to employees when needed.11-Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor and social insurance regulations.12-Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.13- Experienced in handling and processing work permits for foreign employees.
