Position Overview:The Director of Finance is responsible for the strategic leadership, coordination and day-to-day operational performance of the Finance Division, ensuring the balance of institutional financial governance with high-discretion private assets and wealth management.The role emphasises steering financial performance, optimising capital structures for large-scale property assets, human capital, and safeguarding family-office interests under Saudi and International regulatory frameworks.The Director of Finance directs the complete financial operations, investment analysis, and capital planning for a diverse portfolio of residential, land, real estate, vehicle, aviation and marine assets. The Director acts as a key financial advisor to key stakeholders and executive management, translating high-level asset strategies into robust fiscal execution. The role works closely with the Director of Private Office Local for Properties and Private Affairs, the Director of International Operations for properties, vehicle, aviation, marine assets and human capital under management internationally, and the Director of Support Services for all HR, Procurement, Administration, Security, IT and Legal functions, to ensure the entire team proactively supports the functionality of the private office.The Director of Finance must bring a strong personality and character, exceptional hands-on financial management capability, and the ability to directly control finance matters — combining rigorous financial planning, forecasting, budget management and control, and shortfall/contingency planning with strong, consistent follow-up and presence across all key stakeholders and Family members. The role demands financial discipline, fluency in both Arabic and English, and a clear, first-hand understanding of international asset management, not limited to holdings within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Key Responsibility: Strategic Financial Planning:● Lead multi-year financial planning, rolling forecasts, and complex valuation models (NPV, IRR) for diverse asset classes and new property ventures● Evaluate major capital expenditure, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, providing financial feasibility reports to the board and key stakeholders● Lead dynamic cash-flow modelling for ongoing developments and legacy holdings● Oversee performance tracking, cash flow optimisation, and cost control frameworks across subsidiaries, real estate holdings and operating entities● Provide strategic direction, leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of proactiveness, teamwork and continuous improvement in Company-wide operations● Deliver clear, executive-level presentations and decision-support metrics directly to the board of directors and family office principals● Drive the development and implementation of a comprehensive departmental strategic plan, translated to annual budget level for all divisions, aligned with the Chairman's long-term vision● Develop, implement and manage targeted SOPs and key performance indicators to establish best-in-class standard procedures across all key areas of the CompanyCross-Divisional Coordination:● Guide long-term financial planning across all departments● Set company-wide budget targets and resource rules● Review financial performance reports from each department/business unit● Lead meetings with heads of divisions on a regular monthly basis● Fairly allocate/release budgeted funds to other divisions● Resolve any funding disputes and issues between divisions and departments● Build joint business plans for new Company projectsProperties and Assets Management:● Maximise asset yields, valuation growth and long-term capital preservation● Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis and management across all residential, land, real estate, vehicle, aviation and marine assets in all jurisdictions where assets are under management● Evaluate capital expenditure (CapEx), property acquisition, divestitures, and development project financing models● Deliver executive dashboards and asset ROI metrics to ownership● Interface directly and indirectly with property managers, external auditors, leasing agents and family office executivesPrivate Affairs Management:● Lead financial planning, cash-flow management and asset protection for private properties, affairs, household assets, security, government relations, philanthropic initiatives, travel planning and logistics for the Family● Balance corporate governance with the confidential, rapid-response requirements of private office affairs● Oversee daily liquidity, cash flow forecasting and capital allocation across local and international bank accounts● Track and analyse private equity, real estate portfolios, and local/international market investments● Manage budgets designated for private estates, special projects, philanthropic initiatives and lifestyle logistics● Deliver discreet, high-level financial summaries directly to private office management or the Family's general managementGovernance, Risk and Compliance:● Lead company-wide financial governance and risk management operations in collaboration with advisory consultants● Align financial strategies with ownership mandates, International and Saudi laws● Ensure absolute transparency, asset protection, and ethical accountability● Ensure business continuity plans are in place for all assets and properties, whether local or international● Implement Company-wide financial policies, processes and procedures in collaboration with advisory consultants, and streamline automation of processes in phases● Enforce strict segregation of duties and delegation of authority (DOA) guidelines● Stress test liquidity and asset exposure under changing economic conditions● Ensure 100% compliance with Saudi Company law, ZATCA, and Ministry of Commerce (MOC) regulations● Oversee anti-money laundering protocols● Prepare high-level financial risk dashboards and governance updates for board members and the Chairman● Deliver actionable insights on regulatory shifts or structural financial vulnerabilitiesQualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics;
