The Financial Director will be responsible for directing, planning, and overseeing all strategic financial activities and fiscal operations of the organization. Key responsibilities include developing long-term financial strategies, managing budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial stability and statutory compliance, and providing executive management with key financial insights. A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, full fluency in Arabic and English, and expertise in IFRS standards, corporate taxation, financial compliance, strategic leadership, negotiation, complex financial analysis, enterprise-level accounting software, and ERP systems are required.

Job Purpose:To direct, plan, and oversee all strategic financial activities and fiscal operations of the organization. The Financial Director is responsible for developing long-term financial strategies, ensuring financial stability and statutory compliance, and providing executive management with key financial insights to support decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy & Planning:Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with its long-term objectives.Lead the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts in coordination with department heads, monitoring cost variances.Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company comfortably meets its financial obligations.Financial Reporting & Analysis:Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) in accordance with IFRS.Deliver comprehensive financial reports and actionable analytical insights to the CEO and Board.Compliance, Governance & Risk Management:Ensure full compliance with tax, Zakat, and local financial regulations and statutory requirements.Identify and evaluate financial risks, implementing effective controls and mitigation strategies.Coordinate and manage internal and external financial audits with certified auditors.Capital, Funding & Banking Relations:Build and maintain relationships with banks, lenders, and investors to secure favorable financing structures.Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate capital investment opportunities for business growth.Team Leadership:Mentor, lead, and develop the Finance and Accounting department personnel.Skills:Full fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).Deep understanding of IFRS standards, corporate taxation, and financial compliance.Advanced strategic leadership, negotiation, and complex financial analysis skills.Strong expertise in enterprise-level accounting software and ERP systems.Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
