Description
We are hiring a CFO to lead financial reporting and budgeting at the subsidiary level. Group finance is consolidated at the holding level. This role owns the numbers that feed into that consolidation. You will drive reporting accuracy, build and manage budgets, and stay hands-on with the accounting operations behind them.This is a reporting-focused CFO role. You will not sit above the finance function as a detached executive. You will work inside it.What You Will Do . Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for the subsidiary . Build, manage, and monitor the annual budget and forecasts . Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and closing activities . Deliver financial analysis and variance reports to leadership . Support the holding company with consolidation inputs and audit requirements . Strengthen internal controls and financial governanceWhat You Need .
