Requirements
Requires Chartered Accountant qualification with 5-10 years of FP&A or business finance experience, preferably in retail. Candidates must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, financial modeling and scenario planning expertise, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) and budgeting tools (COGNOS is a plus). Responsibilities include leading FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis), partnering with business teams for data-driven decisions, analyzing KPIs, evaluating business cases for new initiatives, ensuring compliance and internal controls, and driving cost optimization.
