Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. 5+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, or Commercial Finance, with hands-on experience in project profitability, forecasting, pricing, and working capital management. Experience in a project-based technology, professional services, or systems-integration environment is required. CMA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification is preferred.

Job PurposePartner with business leaders and project teams to translate financial and operational data into plans and recommendations that improve project profitability, cash flow and performance. Lead budgeting and forecasting, challenge commercial assumptions and support financially sound pricing, resource and delivery decisions.Key AccountabilitiesPartner with business leaders, project managers, Sales, Procurement and Finance to assess the financial impact of operational, commercial and resource decisions, challenge assumptions and provide clear recommendations.Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-term financial planning using backlog, pipeline conversion, billable headcount, utilization, billing rates and delivery milestones.Prepare monthly forecasts and analyze actual performance against budget, forecast and prior periods across revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, cash flow and working capital; identify root causes, risks and opportunities, and track corrective actions.Review project financial performance, including revenue recognition, project costs, cost-to-complete, estimate-at-completion, margin movements and provisions; provide scenario analysis and support project financial close-out.Review bids, pricing models, statements of work, change requests and commercial terms to assess margins, cash flow and financial risk, and address margin leakage resulting from scope changes, delivery delays, underutilization or subcontractor costs.Work with project and commercial teams to improve milestone acceptance, invoicing and collections, and monitor unbilled revenue, contract assets, overdue receivables and vendor commitments to improve working capital.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.CMA, CPA, ACCA or CIMA qualification is preferred.Minimum Experience+5 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or Commercial Finance.Hands-on experience in project profitability, project forecasting, pricing and working capital management.Experience in a project-based technology, professional services or systems-integration environment.Job-Specific SkillsFinancial Planning and AnalysisBudgeting and ForecastingProject Financial Management and Profitability AnalysisEstimate to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Completion (EAC)Revenue Recognition and IFRS 15Pricing and Commercial AnalysisWorking Capital ManagementFinancial ModelingAdvanced Microsoft ExcelERP and Business Intelligence Tools
