Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst who will work closely with HRIS and People team colleagues locally and overseas, to ensure that Core HCM functionality is optimally designed for GHD’s global and regional business needs. Leveraging your extensive background and technical-functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud’s core HR area of functionality, you will be the global HRIS point person for Core HCM projects, issues, enhancements and designs.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

  • Provide day-to-day end-user support (including system configuration, complex formulas and system maintenance) and assist users with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, across all GHD’s locations globally
  • Provide technical-functional designs to optimally meet GHD’s business requirements in the Core HCM space
  • Configuration of the application based on business requirements and HRIS standards, to meet documented needs, using standard procedures and techniques.
  • Provide support for HRIS administration including, but not limited to, researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
  • Assist in improving operation support activities
  • Provide HRIS support and analysis for acquisitions, divestitures and other key projects
  • Research quarterly Oracle releases and new functionality to enhance customer usage of Oracle, and to ensure optimized use of the platform
  • Develop appropriate test scenarios and scripts as needed
  • Ensure proper documentation for all designs, changes and projects
  • Learn and understand all integrations within the Enterprise Systems landscape.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related field.
  • 6-10 Years Oracle HCM experience, incl. at least 2-4 years’ experience as an HRIS Analyst in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on Core HCM functionality, preferably in large global organizations

  • Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly updates

  • Ability to translate business requirements to technical solutions using Oracle HCM, and to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skillset

  • Strong understanding of HRIS design, structure and processes

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees across all organizational levels and geographies

  • Ability to handle and manage confidential data

  • Flexible and able to work both independently and collaboratively

Work schedule: Monday to Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

This job offer can be based either in Makati, Quezon City or Cebu office, depending on your home base/location.
