This role is responsible for handling end-to-end travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and other related services for clients and internal stakeholders. The Travel Advisor will provide proactive customer service, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth travel experience that aligns with company standards and client expectations. Daily tasks include assessing travel needs, offering suitable options, coordinating with travel agencies and vendors, and maintaining accurate records in relevant systems. The role also involves monitoring travel policies, optimizing itineraries, and contributing to continuous improvement of travel processes to enhance customer satisfaction.QualificationsStrong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on delivering responsive and reliable support.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.Hands-on experience managing Travel Arrangements such as flights, hotels, and transport, with attention to detail and cost efficiency is a plus.Background in a Travel Agency or similar travel services environment, with familiarity in travel booking tools and industry practices.Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requests and meet deadlines.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage unexpected changes, travel disruptions, and special requests calmly and professionally.Proficiency in common office and communication software; experience with travel booking systems is preferred.Relevant diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is advantageous.Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi and collaborate effectively in a multicultural team environment.
