SummaryGuest Relations Officer has to efficiently balance all tasks while maintaining meaningful interactions with guests during their stay. GRO is responsible for special preparation prior to guests arrival according to their preferences and through continuous communication with relevant departments.On a daily basis, Guest Relations Officer is responsible for the Lobby area while interacting with guests and visitors.Guest Relations Officer is responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through creative initiatives, authentic stay experiences and a seamless, hassle- free departure in order to achieve the required guest's satisfaction and guests recognition level.Language Preference: German, French and other European LanguagesQualificationsIdeally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Prior work experience in Front Office or Guest Relations Departments in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
