Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Conservation, Architectural Conservation, Fine Arts, Archaeology, Heritage Conservation, or a related discipline. 3–5 years of experience in architectural conservation, restoration, or repair works. Experience on heritage buildings, museums, architecturally significant structures, or specialist conservation projects is highly preferred. Experience conserving and repairing architectural finishes, including timber, glass, ceramics, natural and artificial stone, terrazzo, mosaics, tiles, wallpapers, stucco, and decorative finishes. Working knowledge of conservation principles, material deterioration, repair techniques, condition assessments, and conservation documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting. Attention to detail with a methodical approach to conservation works and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
Description
