Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration, with 10-15 years of progressive hospitality management experience, including 5-7 years as a General Manager or Deputy GM. Experience in resort/beach destination properties is preferred. Strong financial acumen, leadership, communication skills in English and Arabic, knowledge of hotel management systems, crisis management, and strategic thinking are essential.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute the hotel's annual business plan, budget, and long-term strategyRepresent the hotel in relations with ownership, investors, and local authoritiesMonitor market trends, competitor performance, and adjust positioning accordinglyOperations ManagementEnsure all departments deliver consistent, high-quality guest service in line with brand/property standardsOversee daily operations, resolving escalated guest and operational issuesMaintain compliance with health, safety, licensing, and legal regulationsFinancial PerformanceOwn P&L responsibility: revenue, costs, and profitability targetsReview financial reports, forecasts, and budgets; identify corrective actions when neededApprove major expenditures and capital investment proposalsSales, Marketing & RevenueDrive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR through pricing, distribution, and marketing strategyBuild relationships with key accounts, travel partners, and corporate clientsOversee revenue management strategy across all segmentsGuest Experience & QualityMonitor guest satisfaction scores (e.g., online reviews, satisfaction surveys) and drive improvement plansEnsure consistent brand standards across all guest touchpointsRequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA a plus)Minimum 10–15 years of progressive hospitality management experience, including at least 5–7 years as a General Manager or Deputy GM in a resort/hotel settingExperience in resort/beach destination properties preferred (Red Sea market experience a strong plus)Skills & CompetenciesStrong financial acumen (P&L management, budgeting, forecasting)Proven leadership of multi-department teamsExcellent communication skills in English and ArabicStrong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS, revenue management tools)Crisis management and problem-solving capabilityStrategic thinking combined with hands-on operational involvement
