With over 20 years of experience in the global market, Market Access is a leading consultancy specializing in developing tailored strategies to help companies enter international markets.About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic, strategic Business Developer & Project Manager to be based in Riyadh and lead our operations in Saudi Arabia. In this dual-function role, you will be responsible for driving business expansion, strengthening international trade relations for our clients, and leading the local operational support team to ensure successful project execution across the KSA market. ResponsibilitiesIdentify, secure, and negotiate new business and partnership opportunities to accelerate client growth in KSA.Represent Market Access's clients at industry events, conferences, B2B meetings and networking forums.Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies for international clients.Lead business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, securing partnerships, and attracting new clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting international business.Serve as the primary bridge between international clients and local KSA operations, ensuring seamless execution of market entry plans.Collaborate closely with internal global teams to align business development initiatives with operational capacity and project timelines.Establish project milestones, track performance metrics, and optimize operational workflows.RequirementsThe professional should be based in Riyadh.Proven experience in business development, sales, international trade, project management or a related field.Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and business ecosystem.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and drive results.English proficiency is mandatory, fluency in Arabic is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management International Relations, or a relevant field.
