Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI is an advantage. Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role. UAE HR-management experience is mandatory. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, payroll, HR compliance, visas, labour contracts, and employee documentation. Experience in retail, fashion, textile, wholesale, hospitality, trading, or another multi-location business is highly preferred. Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and workforce planning. Proficiency in HRMS, payroll and attendance systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, decision-making, and reporting skills. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
