Your ResponsibilitiesSupport the Head of Training in the development, implementation, and delivery of technical training programs for operations roles within the High-Speed Rail project.Support the establishment and coordination of the local training organization, including Training Coordinators, Assistants, and other training-related functions.Serve as a key point of contact for training activities in Egypt, coordinating with local stakeholders, training institutes, and project partners.Plan, coordinate, and oversee the day-to-day delivery of training programs, ensuring all activities are executed efficiently and on schedule.Coordinate international and local Master Trainers and support the successful delivery of qualification and certification programs.Monitor training progress, prepare status reports, and maintain regular communication with the Head of Training and relevant stakeholders.Maintain training documentation, schedules, project reports, and financial records, including supporting training budget planning and tracking.Drive the continuous improvement of training processes and quality standards while supporting the resolution of operational challenges.Coordinate training-related activities across project teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with project requirements.Provide technical and operational leadership in training-related projects and initiatives, taking ownership of assigned activities and deliverables.Your Profile / QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Engineering, Project Management, Education, or a related field, combined with relevant professional experience.8–10 years of professional experience, including proven experience in the development and delivery of technical training or qualification programs.Experience in the transport and mobility sector; experience in the Egyptian railway industry is a strong advantage.Proven experience coordinating project teams, training activities, or comparable projects in complex, international environments.Strong project coordination, planning, organizational, and reporting skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and intercultural collaboration skills.Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.Demonstrated technical leadership capabilities, including experience leading projects and technical project teams.Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
