Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Training, Learning & Development, or Organization Development.Good understanding of the training cycle, performance management, competencies, and OD practices.Very good communication, presentation, and coordination skills.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Very good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with different stakeholders.
Description
Identify and analyze training and development needs in coordination with managers and different departments.Coordinate and implement the annual training plan, including internal and external training programs.Manage training logistics, vendors, nominations, attendance, evaluations, and training records.Support the implementation of the Performance Management Cycle, including objective setting, performance reviews, and related follow-up.Participate in Organization Development projects, including job descriptions, organizational structures, job grading, and competency frameworks.Support talent management and succession planning initiatives, including assessment activities and individual development plans.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and prepare relevant reports and recommendations.Maintain accurate HR data and reports related to training, performance, talent, and OD activities.
