Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations management.At least 3 years in a leadership role within:Multi-specialty clinicsHospital outpatient operationsRetail healthcarePharmacy chainsRetail operationsExperience managing multiple branches is highly preferred.Proven success in improving operational performance and customer experience.
Description
Manage the daily operations of one or multiple clinics to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, procedures, and workflows.Ensure clinics operate in compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies.Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions where required.Coordinate with medical, nursing, laboratory and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations.Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to support patient acquisition initiatives.Participate in planning new clinic openings and expansion projects.Identify operational opportunities to improve revenue and patient retention.
