Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead and manage manufacturing operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, and Inventory (SQDCPI) objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing operations team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and employee engagement.
  • Optimize utilization of manpower, equipment, materials, space, and capital resources to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support business growth, New Product Introduction (NPI), capacity expansion, and strategic initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor operational KPIs, leveraging data analytics to drive performance improvements and informed decision-making.
  • Champion a strong Environment, Safety & Health (ESH) culture and ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
  • Lead productivity improvement and cost reduction initiatives while achieving operational financial targets.
  • Develop organizational capability and succession pipelines through coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to drive alignment, operational consistency, and business results.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience, including managing large operations teams.
  • Strong experience in production management, operational excellence, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
  • Proven track record of driving productivity, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost improvements.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders in a matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience managing operational budgets, productivity initiatives, and financial performance.

 
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience in valve manufacturing, industrial equipment, or high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Expertise in automation, digitalization, Industry 4.0, and data analytics applications in manufacturing.
  • Experience leading plant transformation, operational excellence, or Lean deployment initiatives.
  • Knowledge of capacity planning, materials management, and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
  • Demonstrated success in developing future leaders and building high-performing teams.
