In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead and manage manufacturing operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, and Inventory (SQDCPI) objectives.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement programs.
- Lead and develop a high-performing operations team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and employee engagement.
- Optimize utilization of manpower, equipment, materials, space, and capital resources to maximize operational efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business growth, New Product Introduction (NPI), capacity expansion, and strategic initiatives.
- Establish and monitor operational KPIs, leveraging data analytics to drive performance improvements and informed decision-making.
- Champion a strong Environment, Safety & Health (ESH) culture and ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Lead productivity improvement and cost reduction initiatives while achieving operational financial targets.
- Develop organizational capability and succession pipelines through coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to drive alignment, operational consistency, and business results.
