Al Jomaih Energy & Water (AEW) headquartered in Saudi Arabia, is a fast-growing investor, lead developer, and operator of utility and infrastructure projects in various geographical markets such as KSA, GCC, Asia & North Africa, with investments in 6 GW of Conventional and Solar power plants, and around 700,000 m3/day of water. To ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your Job Functions (Duties & Responsibilities)Project Planning and SchedulingDevelop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with project Directors and stakeholders.Implement project controls methodologies to ensure accurate and achievable project timelines.Performance Monitoring & Risk Management Implement systems to track and monitor project performance against established baselines.Analyze project metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project timelines or budgets.Develop risk mitigation strategies and collaborate with project teams to implement them.Resource AllocationWork with project managers to allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, equipment, and materials.Ensure resource availability aligns with project requirements.Reporting and DocumentationPrepare and distribute regular project control reports to communicate project status, progress, and forecasted outcomes.Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.Assess and analyze the impact of changes to project scope and schedule.Collaborate with project managers to implement change orders as needed.
