Description
The Planning Manager is responsible for leading and managing project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and progress control activities to ensure successful delivery of fit-out projects within approved timelines and project objectives. The role includes developing baseline programs, tracking project progress, coordinating with engineering, procurement, production, and site teams, and identifying potential delays and recovery actions. The Planning Manager ensures effective resource planning, progress reporting, and schedule management while supporting project execution, management decision-making, and client reporting requirements.
