Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Professional certification in Project Planning or Project Management is an advantage (PMP, PMI-SP, Primavera Certification, etc.).
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction or interior fit-out industry.
Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring within interior fit-out and construction projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and project scheduling software.
Understanding of fit-out project lifecycle, construction sequencing, procurement, production, and installation activities.
Ability to develop baseline programs, recovery schedules, and look-ahead plans.
Strong knowledge of resource planning, productivity analysis, and project control techniques.
Ability to analyze project delays, risks, and critical path activities and recommend corrective actions.
Familiarity with engineering coordination, procurement tracking, and material delivery schedules.
Strong understanding of project reporting requirements, KPIs, and progress measurement systems.
Ability to coordinate with project managers, engineers, production teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Knowledge of cost control, earned value analysis, and project performance monitoring is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
