Candidates must have a track record of field sales on a hard product where they created their own demand. They should possess character and the ability to build relationships fast, be established in the UAE market with real local relationships, and be ready to perform from day one. Comfort with being out in the field all day and judged purely on closed deals, fluent English, and a UAE driving licence are essential. Arabic language skills are a bonus.
