Requirements
Very good to fluent English (B2–C1 level preferred).Strong spoken English and clear communication skills.Confident and comfortable speaking with American customers over the phone.Strong sales, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.Previous experience in telesales, cold calling, recruitment, or customer service is preferred.Ability to handle objections and follow up professionally.Target-driven, competitive, and motivated by results and commissions.Good computer skills and ability to work with CRM systems, Google Sheets, and online tools.Reliable, organized, and able to work independently as well as within a team.Previous experience with the U.S. market, logistics, or trucking industry is a strong plus.Must be comfortable working U.S. business hours.Fresh graduates with excellent English and strong sales potential are welcome to apply.
